Dance culture in china

Classical Chinese dance is one of the most complex, expressive and demanding art forms in the world, and the New York-based company Shen Yun has the mission of reviving this divine-inspired culture.

For thousands of years in China, the dance was passed through performances at the imperial court. For the Chinese people, since ancient times, a conviction remains, that their traditional culture is a divine gift. Thus, classical Chinese dance is part of this legacy.Even in ancient times, we see the dance, "said Ms. Yi Cao, a former judge of the Chinese Classical Dance International Competition of New Tang Dynasty Television (NTDTV), in an introductory video on Chinese classical dance on the website of Shen Yun Performing art Classical Chinese dance is a pure, unique and complex art form with 5,000 years of development. Each of China's many dynasties brought with it its distinctive dance styles. As the dynasties changed, the jewels of each were incorporated into the core of classical Chinese dance.

It is a kind of cultural foundation that has been passed on, the very treasure of the Chinese people passed down through the generations to this day, "said Ms. H. Sue Guo, vice president of Fei Tian University, the first college in The United States that offers training in classical Chinese dance, in a video about Chinese classical dance. For 5,000 years, many traditions in China have been inextricably linked, such as martial arts, folk dance and acrobatics. Over time, they have become part of a single art form. Many lineages of Chinese traditional culture have been incorporated into classical Chinese dance. As a result, just like ballet, Chinese classical dance is the only one of complete dance schools with their own theories, techniques, and forms of expression. The core of classical Chinese dance is composed of three main components: technical skills, form and composureTechnical abilities

June party in the United States

On June 28, the mission of the United States met us at a beautiful feast in honor of the Saints John the Baptist, Antonio and Peter. The party took place in the multi-sport gymnasium of Our Lady of Peace Parish, where Freis Benjamin, Miguel and Gabriel are living. The event began at 5:00 p.m. with a prayer for unity of peoples and world peace, with the participation of the religious and lay community of our Fraternity and invited guests from various parishes. The June party was a great cultural gathering, since there were people from the United States, Mexico, Colombia, El Salvador, Puerto Rico, Paraguay, Guatemala and Brazil in a total of about 150 people. Typical food and music from the United States, Mexico and Brazil enlivened the party. We also had traditional games like "Derruba Lata", "Hit the Target", "Dança da Cadeira" and more. We also had a beautiful dance dance for our lay and religious, to brighten the night. May St. John, St. Anthony and St. Peter continue to bless our Fraternity! Hurray Saint John! Viva Santo Antonio! Viva Sao Pedro!
